The lighting is nice, but the proportions and background look choppy.

She still looks like a man

I'm not criticizing the model you got to pose ofr this, I'm criticizing your inability to make her appear feminine in this picture. The way you did her proportions look really weird too. And the eyes on that horse are super small. And if you were going for historical accuracy, or even just practicality, I don't think she would be wearing something so revealing in what looks like the middle of winter. Plus if she's not supposed to be a member of the nobility I don't think the average peasant could afford clothing so extravagant.

Its like a light line drawing with all that bloom. Even if I could see it well enough I think judging by what I do see it would still be crap.
