I get the Biblical reference, but I thought at first that this was a drawing of Lillith depicted in the darkstalkers series.

But then I looked at a picture of her and realized this isn't her anyways.

And cool flame effect. Was this done in colored pencil?

Yes, colored pencils and pens. I also used some kind of clear marker that blends the colors.

It's a 7 for the quality, not the subject matter, which is gross BTW.
And not to offend anyone but I consider Blink 182 to be a generic rock band.
But y'know that's just my opinion.
